We had the gentleman turn up on time (always a good sign) and was polite and friendly. The door was repaired in no time and it was explained exactly what the issue was - and also how to manage a couple of potential future issues. As he passed our front door he noticed that the screen door handle was a bit sticky. That was fixed in a heartbeat as a bonus. This is a small family business and well worth supporting. Don't go elsewhere if you need this sort of service. It doesn't get any better.
